As the Chef, Helena cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner for staff and students at BIOS. Helena attended Bermuda College and received a qualification in cookery before working at BIOS for the last 10 years. Helena previously owned and ran a bed and breakfast where she was responsible for cooking among other tasks.
